We are a small store, so please be patient in expecting your order. We try to ship all orders within a one week time frame. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you immediately. Your credit card will never be charged until an item has left our store.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We will accept returns if we have been notified within one week of your receipt of the item. All tags must be on the item and it must be unused. Defective items will always be accepted for return. Prior authorization of a return must be obtained from Pooches & Purrs in order to return an item. Cancellations will be accepted on orders if we are notified within 48 hours of the order being placed. To obtain a return certification, please call our Toll Free Number, 888-282-0207, and let us know what the problem is.
